What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send us a request, we collect your name, business name, website (if you give it), phone number, email address and message. We use this only to reply to you and, if you ask, to give you a website check or a quote. Our legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you contact us directly, we keep the messages and your contact details so we can reply and keep a record of our conversation.

Clients. If you become a client, we process the information needed to deliver our services and to invoice you, based on our contract with you and our legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, unless you agree to more. We do not load analytics or marketing cookies until you give consent, and you can change your mind at any time.

If you consent, we use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. This helps us improve the site. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

Videos on this site do not load from YouTube until you press play.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and form handling service, under contracts that protect your data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on safeguards approved under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the length of our contract, then for up to 6 years for tax and legal reasons.
• Analytics data (with consent): up to 26 months.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct it or delete it
• ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to how we use it
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
